Stopping processing SNMPv2-SMI is a workaround to prevent crash in libsmi.

The popup can be disabled by removing the missing MIB modules at Edit
-> Preferences -> Name Resolution -> SMI (MIB and PIB) modules.

Or setting "Suppress SMI errors" to true at Edit -> Preferences
-> Name Resolution.
