The Wireshark's LUA API Reference Manual states that the metatable 'Tvb'
contains the function 'tvb' to transform a TvbRange into a Tvb. This function
is missing, however the TvbRange object does contain this function, it is even
used in the Lua Dissector example found here
(http://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsug_html_chunked/wslua_dissector_example.html)
[3rd last line of p_multi.dissector]. The function 'tvb' should therefor be
described in the TvbRange section ofcourse.

Friendly greetings from Belgium ;)
