Please consider integrating the attached patch which adds decodes for
the FCoE Initialization Protocol features being added for VN_port to
VN_port (VN2VN) point-to-multipoint support. 

This mode is on the way to being standardized by the 
T11.org FC-BB-6 subcommittee.  I don't expect any major changes
before the committee standardizes FC-BB-6.  Integrating these
patches now will help developers.

The attached patch adds the decodes for some new opcodes and a new
descriptor type as well as an FC-LS reject reason and explanation code.
I have fuzz tested it with 25 passes against 10 different trace files
using a Linux build.

I have a frame capture file to add to the SampleCaptures page in the wiki.
I'll attach that here as well.
