I got the hf related errors fixed & the dissector generally works now, but I
had to remove the pinfo->desegment_len subdissector to get something to work.

Something I am seeing that I'm not sure how to solve is that the messages
decode sequentially just fine, but when you randomly click around on the
messages, the sub-decoders aren't being called.  I did some searching & wasn't
able to figure out how to solve this.
