Running on 32-bit Windows 7, build 7600, with WinPcap version 4.1.1 (packet.dll
version 4.1.0.1753), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008),
GnuTLS 2.8.5, Gcrypt 1.4.5, without AirPcap.

Extend the "Follow TCP Stream" feature of Wireshark (and tcp.stream in TShark)
to "remember" tcp.streams it has discovered and reuse those values between
files being opened, based on the IP address, TCP ports and SEQs, and
timestamps.
