(20091008), GnuTLS 2.8.5, Gcrypt 1.4.5, without AirPcap.

Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 9.0 build 30729

It may be useful to support dissection of Ethernet traffic over USB CDC links,
as specified in http://www.usb.org/developers/devclass_docs/usbcdc11.pdf,
and/or http://www.usb.org/developers/devclass_docs/CDC1.2_WMC1.1.zip from the
USB Forum, and implemented in certain products (e.g. ADSL residential gateways
and modems).
