Hello,

The attached patch is an enhancement to the DIS dissector capabilities.  
The patch:
adds filtering capabilities by introducing the use of header fields hf_xxx.
adds dissection of Signal & Transmitter PDUs (Radio Family).
adds informative info display.

Fuzz testing was performed.  
Examples of fuzz and DIS play file will be added after patch submission.
