Trying to load an ERF file with one record where the timestamp is 0, 1 or 2
causes problems.
If the timestamp is 0, Wireshark says:
The capture file appears to be damaged or corrupt. (packetlogger: record length
0 is too small)
If the timestamp is 1 or 2, Wireshark crashes.
Any other timestamp works.
Program to make ERF file attached.
