Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

The CVSE fields for MIP protocol are not correctly decoded. 

I modified the code so as to decode them. I added my modification in the
attachment. And you can verify the fix with the attached pcap file.
