Hi,

I had written a few dissectors for EAP/AKA' and VSNCP/VSNP which are specific
to the CDMA community and wanted to contribute this to Wireshark developement.
I am including the patch for EAP/AKA' since it is relatively simpler and would
include the patch for VSNCP/VSNP as a separate patch.

Please let me know if I need to include any other detailed information
regarding my patch or if my patch needs to conform to certain other usual patch
submission practices.

(The existing Wireshark can decode EAP/AKA but not EAP/AKA')

Thanks

I am adding two patch files:

1) eap.h [patch file for header]
2) packet-eap.c [patch file for the actual dissector]
