Currently Wireshark assumes this to be "VC-multiplexed PPP". I committed a
modification which tries to determine the proper encapsulation type, either
"VC-multiplexed PPP" or "LLC encapsulated PPP".

Modification committed in revision 31634. Could you verify with a new buildbot
build found at http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/
