Build Information:
The installer has no complete version info ;-)

The Windows PortableApps installer "still" uses the "plain Wireshark icon",
while the "normal Windows installer" uses the "Wireshark installer icon" (the
one with the "down arrow".

Would probably make sense that the PortableApps installer also use the icon
with the "down arrow".
