Built using gcc 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7).

Added hf_dns_rr_addr (and the corresponding dns.resp.addr), and swapped the
function proto_tree_add_text() that currently adds the address of a DNS
response to the tree to proto_tree_add_string_format(), which allows me to use
an hfindex and thus expose the field to tshark. I'd be happy to use a different
proto_tree function if there's a more appropriate one.
