The fix adding the '(signed)' (in various macros defined in packet-gsm_a.h) was
just recently done in  SVN #29319.

Can you try a recent Wireshark development build from 
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ 

to verify that the fix works for your capture ?
