Running on Linux 2.6.22.5-31-default, with libpcap version 0.9.7.

Built using gcc 4.2.1 (SUSE Linux).

The attached H.245 terminalCapabilitySet request gets decoded correctly
(Decode User 7 (DLT=154) as h245dg) using tshark -V but triggers the error

** ERROR **: file print.c: line 708 (get_field_data): should not be reached
aborting...

when used with tshark -r h245bug.pcap -T pdml.
