This problem (along with other problems) fixed in SVN #29208.

The fix: register NDMP as the protocol dissector for the conversation (once an
initial valid NDMP header has been heuristically identified).

This ensures that subsequent NDMP PDU fragments for that conversation are
handled by the NDMP dissector.
