The attached test case raises a memory exception which crashes Wireshark when a
SNMP packet including a certain OID is captured or read from a file, and
TimeTicks is spelled as Timeticks in the MIB definition for BUG-MIB::bug
(1.3.6.1.3.191.1.2.3)

Procedure for replicating the bug:
1. Include the BUG-MIB definition
2. Restart Wireshark
3. Open bug.pcap

(the bug will not happen if Timeticks is spelled as TimeTicks)
