dictionary.xml file is very old , when I capture wimax packets its shows
its not able to decode properly . 

Here I've modified according to latest specification . 


path : \wireshark\wimaxasncp\dictionary.xml 

Updated this files based on :

WiMAX Forum® Network Architecture
(Stage 3: Detailed Protocols and Procedures)
Release 1.0 Version 4
WiMAX Forum APPROVED
