I am doing plugin development. I was trying to do some work on an airplane, and
of course had no networks available (although I do have the Windows Loopback
adapter installed and it was active). Yes, I removed all my plugins to narrow
the issue.
Wireshark crashed on startup all the time. Looking at the debug output, it
looked like it had just iterated the network adapters, and was trying to make
some other call.
This bug did not exist in 1.0.7.
