This patche optimizes the column fill path reachable from col_fill_in() by

1) Changing both display_signed_time() and display_epoch_time() so that we
stick a '-' at the front of the input buffer if we know that we're dealing with
a negative number. This reduces the amount of format string processing in
g_snprintf()
2) Change get_addr_name_buf() to use g_strlcpy()
