Built using gcc 4.3.2 20081105 (Red Hat 4.3.2-7).

The HTML version of the wireshark-filter man page is blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch wireshark
2. go to Help -> Manual Pages -> Wireshark Filter
3. alternatively, enter file:///usr/share/wireshark/wireshark-filter.html in
your browser

Actual results:
a blank page

Expected results:
the filter man page

Additional info:
The regular man page is fine.
