IANA Port is still 4840. It was a temporary hack because my test server was
running on 4841. I changed it back to 4840.
The problem is normally the UA-Discovery-Server (which is also a UA server) is
running on 4840. After the GetEndpoints call the client connect to real server
which is running on another port. As I mentioned on dev- a configuration dialog
would make sense.

I changed this.
