Build Information:
This is about the website. The build information is probably useless however It
does not matter for 1.0.6 or 1.1.3

Please change the page http://www.wireshark.org/download.html such that it
notes that the precompiled builds require Mac os X 10.5.whatever it needs or
higher.
Please put a link for 10.4 users to elsewhere. 

Notes at this point in time I have not tried compling either under 10.4 but I
have found
