Test capture

In the first few frames, you can see the BIF information is lower than it
should be.

In frame 251, immediately following a period where roughly 50ms worth of frames
are absent from the capture, you'll see that the BIF information shows
incorrectly high.

In frame 534 the BIF shows as 40560, however my manual calculation based on the
ACK in the previous frame indicates it is 37800
