Patch to fix SVN

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

packet-per.c length determinant dissection is only coded to cope with lengths
up to 127 (i.e. single octet with size flag), so e.g. octet strings > 127 are
not dissected and cause dissection to halt with the unhelpfully wrong message
of "10.9 Unaligned" - the problem is actually occurring on aligned length
determinants too.
