The attached crash dump seems to contain little useful information
other than an indication that the crash was in winpcap (packet.dll)

There's no "dumpcap -v" information so the version of winpcap being used is
unknown.

Since this bug is for a now obsolete Wireshark version I'm closing it as
"wontfix".
