c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without GnuTLS, without Gcrypt, with MIT
Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.

Running on Linux 2.6.9-78.0.13.EL, with libpcap version 0.8.3.

Built using gcc 3.4.3.

Added support for HPVM (Integrity Virtual Machines) guest AVIO (Accelerated
Virtual IO) driver IGSSN.  Cleaned up the trace record checks.  Made the
default ethernet if the nettl subsystem is not recognized.
