the patch to expose private_data to Lua, tested in local build.

Running on Linux 2.6.24-16-generic, with libpcap version 0.9.8.

Built using gcc 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7).

It would be nice to expose 'pinfo->private_data' to the Lua interface.

It seems to me that 'pinfo->private_data' is the only way for C dissector and
Lua dissector to exchange user defined data with each other. For example, I use
private_data like following:

C dissector ---calls---> 
  Lua dissector ---calls--->
     functions to extract info from private_data in C dynamic library.
