"Ctrl-Shift-M" looks good. However, wireshark has to keep the state "the prior
marked packet". How do you think introducing Ctrl-Shift-Up and
Ctrl-Shift-Down?
Ctrl-Shift-Up := Up then Ctrl-M
Ctrl-Shift-Down := Down then Ctrl-M
Still the user has to repeat the operation.
However the number of repeat becomes half.
