Could you try version 1.0.4 and see if you still experience this problem?  I am
unable to duplicate the problem you're having even on a "Mac OS Extended
(Case-sensitive, Journaled)" disk image" with 1.0.4 or the latest SVN build for
the 1.1.x branch.  I'm taking the Wireshark(.app) off the downloaded disk image
and copying it right over to the previously empty case-sensitive disk image.
