I have fixed the issue with the application showing up as a universal binary in
SVN revision 26597 and asked that it be copied to the upcoming 1.0.5 release. 
It will then show up correctly as an Intel only application.

Unfortunately, we cannot build universal binaries because some of our libraries
won't compile that way at this time.  You are welcome to download the source
code and compile it on your PowerPC machine and it will work fine.
