GUY @ ALUM.MIT.EDU obviously did not read the bug report before closing it.

The bug report says that THE WEB SITE SAYS in multiple locations that YOU ARE
TO SEND EMAIL TO wireshark-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx TO REPORT BUGS!

The fact that the email bounces is not the point! The point is that IF YOU DO
WHAT THE WEB SITE SAYS TO DO, EMAIL BOUNCES! The web site needs to be fixed!

The web site is the issue, not that email bounces.
