We shouldn't be using AF_ values from system header files to determine which
address family is specified by a field in a protocol, as AF_ values are *NOT*
guaranteed to be the same in all OSes (for example, there are at least 3
different AF_INET6 values in different BSD-flavored OSes - 24 in OpenBSD,
NetBSD, and BSD/OS, 28 in FreeBSD, and 30 in Darwin/Mac OS X).

I've added explicit DPLAY_AF_xxx defines to the dissector, changed the
dissector to use them, and got rid of the includes that were done to get the
AF_ values.  See whether that fixes the problem.
