Well the Developer's Guide overall is excellent and the section on submitting
changes was very useful.
The one question I had that it didn't seem to cover at all was 'Should I submit
my dissector as a plugin or build-in?'

I would like to see the guide (or README.plugin) provide a sentence or two to
answer that.
