Clicking on "Analyze -> Display Filter Macros -> Help" reveals a user-guide
page of "This program cannot display the webpage".  Presumably the Help from
within this context should bring up the following page, which is available in
user-guide.chm:
http://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsug_html_chunked/ChDisplayFilterMacrosSection.html.

On this note, "Section 3.10 The "Analyze" menu" of the user-guide.chm, seems to
have an obsolete screen shot since the "Display Filter Macros" entry is
missing.
