iWARP dissectors (MPA, DDP and RDMAP)

Build Information:
wireshark 1.0.99 (SVN Rev 24875)

Compiled with GTK+ 2.12.5, with GLib 2.14.6, with libpcap 0.9.7, with libz
1.2.3, without POSIX capabilities, without libpcre, without SMI, without ADNS,
without Lua, without GnuTLS, without Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without
PortAudio, without AirPcap.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.

Running on Linux 2.6.24.3-50.fc8, with libpcap version 0.9.7.

Built using gcc 4.1.2 20070925 (Red Hat 4.1.2-33).

We contribute new dissectors for the iWARP protocol stack.
The code can handle the following 3 protocols:
- MPA
- DDP
- RDMAP

For reasons stated on the wiki pages, we have built one combined dissector for
DDP and RDMAP. This step has been discussed with Guy Harris at the latest
Sharkfest.

The attached patch depends on our bug report patch 2420 which extracts the
crc32c code from iSCSI and SCTP and shares it with MPA.
