Well, we can't add an expert info because we don't have the variables we need.

In this particular case we really should be throwing a BoundsError (truncated
capture) but we have no way of knowing if that's the case or if the packet was
actually malformed.

So, I added checks to pass "(null)" in to ep_strdup_printf() if the strings are
NULL in rev 24660.  That'll have to do unless someone can find a better way.
