Updating the GSM_MAP preferences did work.

There must be a preference incompatibility between 0.99.5 and 0.99.8.

Here is what I did to reproduce....

1) uninstall 0.99.8

2) install 0.99.5

3) Open the attachment in 0.99.5 and I found that it did not decode properly

4) Goto Edit->Preferences->Protocols->GSM_MAP in 0.99.5 and click on "Decode
Older Protocols" and apply. This causes it to decode properly in that release.

5) install 0.99.8 (without uninstalling 0.99.5).

6) Open the attachment in 0.99.8 and again I found that it did not decode
properly.

7) Goto Edit->Preferences->Protocols->GSM_MAP and I see that it is set for TCAP
SSNs 6-9. I change to TCAP SSNs 6-10 and apply. This causes 0.99.8 to decode
properly.

8) Goto Edit->Preferences->Protocols->GSM_MAP and set TCAP SSNs back to 6-9 and
apply. At this point 0.99.8 still decodes properly.

I would conclude from this that 0.99.5 must store its GSM_MAP preference
settings in some manner that is incompatible with 0.99.8. By doing the "dummy
update" (set TCAP SSNs to 6-10 and then back to 6-9) in 0.99.8 the preference
settings are corrected.

Thanks for the quick response! Please mark the bug closed if you think the
above description is sufficient to let others know that may have the problem.
