I tested the patch for the BACnet Schedule object Weekly_Schedule with an
optional index specified, and it seems to display correctly given the capture I
attached.  

I have been trying to create other forms of BACnet Schedule object
Weekly_Schedule packets (i.e. without the optional index) using VTS3 (open
source tool for creating BACnet packets from vts.sf.net).  However, they either
aren't generated correctly, or the Wireshark decoding is not correct.  I want
to acquire/create some valid captures of WriteProperty to the Schedule object
Weekly_Schedule property in order to validate the decoding.
