I recorded a few (probably 10-20) seconds of packet data (on office LAN so
there was a fair amount of traffic). I set an IP destination address filter.
I changed the address. I recorded a new log, again over several seconds
(roughly 30-60). I started looking at the recorded data, and saw a message
about "TCP Checksum Offload." I googled it and read this page:
http://wiki.wireshark.org/TCP_checksum_offload. When I changed that setting,
Wireshark crashed. Sorry, I've had a few interruptions since then, so I don't
remember _exactly_ when it crashed, but I _think_ it was when I pressed OK or
Apply. The crash was the standard 'Windows has detected a problem, would you
like to tell Microsoft about it' and I answered no. When I restarted Wireshark
to paste the Build Information into this bug report, I checked that value, and
it had was cleared (i.e. it must have been saved before Wireshark crashed).
