Still, Geralds' remarks are valid. The fact that you're the first with this
type of laptop means there's something unique to your combination of network
stack software, VPN being part of it. Playing around with it's setup may
provide more insight. I'm afraid you'll have to do that, since we don't have
that particular platform/software to play with. The fact that you image your
machine should make that easier.
