I am working with 0.99.8 version of wireshark on windows, and my dissector for
our proprietary  protocol, faces the same issue. Here the fixed length part of
10 comes split into two tcp frames, one of 2 bytes and remaining in the
beginning of next frame. These frames are then not dissected and shown as "TCP
segment of a reassembled PDU".
