AirPcap.

Running on Linux 2.6.22-14-generic, with libpcap version 0.9.7.

Built using gcc 4.1.3 20070929 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.2-16ubuntu2).

This patch adds a function to dissect a PackedPlayer structure and all message
types that contain a packed player. It also fixes the dissection of the last
few message types observed on the wire.
