pcap trace showing problem

You can see in the trace 

990     20.182002       10.209.93.63    10.209.93.64    RTP     PT=ITU-T G.711
PCMU, SSRC=0x58A7149F, Seq=31733, Time=2029985577        19468

Then nothing  between these two addresses in this direction ( as silence in
audio )
Then the next RTP packet received is as below, when audio is once more present

1057    21.671748       10.209.93.63    10.209.93.64    RTP     PT=ITU-T G.711
PCMU, SSRC=0x58A7149F, Seq=31734, Time=2029985737        19468

If anaylsis/save payload as .au is then done on the stream, I'd expect around a
1.5 section of silence to be apparent in the audio ?
