updated to 23756, no difference

I've added "print ($line);" into line 116 and now I get (when I call
make-version.pl directly):

msvc2005ee C:\Wireshark\subversion>perl make-version.pl
Version configuration file version.conf not found.  Using defaults.
This is a build from SVN (or a SVN snapshot).

svnversion.h has been updated.


... looks like an internationalisation problem here.

However, first the logic when something went wrong should be fixed and then
probably the german specialties here. Otherwise we'll have the same problems
with spanish, french, ...
