It will be in 0.99.8 since all that is being changed on 0.99.7 right now before
release are bug fixes.  If you or other users that need to use this feature on
Windows, they can download one of the pre-compiled SVN builds from
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/  This would save the time
and trouble of compiling from source.
