About the Jitter value calculation through the RTP packet captured

The packet capture tools can help us the do more analysis on the network
transport quality and we can get some information to do troubleshouting. But
the different version of the similar tools will give another kind of the
result.
The following is the analysis from WireShark for same RTP streaming capture in
lab:
1. Wireshark version information:
version 0.99.6a

2. the analysis result for the software:
To select the path the get the feature: Statistic->RTP->Streaming Analysis.
For this version the Jitter(ms) value calculated is not right: the value large
as 11475001 or something like this range for the following RTP packets. It is
not right for a good H323 video conference streaming.

We can find that the Jitter value is not possible from Packet No.150 and the
following.

To try to do the analysis with Ethereal software:
1. Ethereal version information:
 0.10.14 version for former Ethereal
2. The analysis result from this version:
The same video streaming and the Jitter(ms) value is about 4.0 ms.

The result for the Jitter can be accepted as above.

I am not allowed to attach the screen capture and file captured for your
reference by the system.
