When dissecting NBAP over SCTP some of the packets becomes malformed.
I have decoded the NBAP binary data included in the wireshark, and it seems
like the packets are OK.
Don't know if it's relevanse but it only happnes when there is a SACK chunk
before the data Chunk.

How I belive the data should be.
