Although I've been a longtime user of Ethereal/Wireshark (I worked in the same
group as Ronnie at his previous job), this is the first time I've submitted
anything to the "bugs" list.  I didn't see any options for "RFE"!  

On the surface at least, this looked more like a regression from the way
NFSv2/3 is decoded and displayed.  In reality I understand that NFSv4 is almost
a whole new protocol complete with new decode challenges!  

I need to look at the packet_nfs.c code to see if there is anyway I can help. 
My problem is I have just a little meager time available for dissector
development and I spend all of this time fighting "plugin dissector" problems!
