Dumpcap compiles without warnings/errors with -Werror now.  Warnings in
wiretap/iseries.c has been fixed along with many other files in our recent
effort to squash all warnings.  FYI: Currently on Unix SVN builds, -Werror can
be enabled by passing the --with-warnings-as-errors parameter to the configure
script.  Almost all directories then get -Werror except for epan/dissectors,
which is being worked on.
